WINE: The DOC Bolgheri Sassicaia is a wine whose production is allowed in a specific area of the town of Castagneto Carducci, a product with at least 80% of Cabernet Sauvignon. Sassicaia is one of the finest and most expensive Italian wines.
Bolgheri is a village in the municipality of Castagneto Carducci is located only a few kilometers north-west of the capital. It is located in the center of the Maremma Livorno, on the foothills of the Metalliferous Hills.
